Whitewater Packrafting Day Trip

Introduction to Whitewater Paddling

Take the time to learn to paddle whitewater safely in a packraft, with the option to build to whitewater bikerafting

The Plan

We will meet at Veazie Riverside Park. After introductions and reviewing the plan for the day we will inflate the boats and head out to play in the rapids. We will spend time discussing and practicing important paddling skills. We can design activities based on your paddling experience and comfort level. For experienced paddlers we can paddle more advanced rapids, focus on whitewater rescue, paddling technique, or bikerafting skills with the option of a 4 1/2 mile bike and 4 1/2 mile paddle loop.
